Open carry of hanfguns is NOT legal in Texas. Long guns (rifles & shotguns) are legal. http://www.texasgunlaws.org/texas-open-carry.htm
The fact checking departent gets coal in their stocking this year. >8-)

    • Mark Baldini says:

      Uhhh, HANDGUNS, not HANFGUNS

    • Mark Baldini says:

Uhhh…DEPARTMENT, not DEPARTENT. Can you guys install a spellchecker, please?

      • fmlinardo says:

Hahaha. Sure, right after you jump off your fact checking high-horse and learn how to proof read.

By the way, spell check is enabled. Not sure why it’s not working for you.

And your own link shows there are several instances where it is legal to carry a handgun in Texas, although that was completely irrelevant to the story. The point was a American dude wants to lead an armed overthrow of America’s capital city.

        • Mark Baldini says:

Yes, Fran, I understood the point of the story, and yes, the call for an armed invasion (or whatever) is a whacked idea. Extremely limited OC in TX. Florida is another state that may surprise you. There are 6 states that don’t ‘allow’ OC. For example, in FL, you can OC if on your way to hunt or fish, so people OC while carrying a fishing pole. They get stopped, checked, and let go. In conclusion, let’s check the spellchecker: You used all the glue on purpose! Notafinga!
ghfhff hanfgun . Hmmm, caught notafinga instantly the first and hanfgun after 20 seconds and neither at all the second time. Now that’s whacked!
